Manufacturing Facilities

Marigold Paints has three manufacturing units at Vallabh Vidhyanagar, Gujarat. Each one is awarded ISO for Quality Management System and dedicated to manufacturing specific products. One unit for manufacturing Alkyd resins and the other unit for manufacturing sophisticated resins like Vinyl’s, Aminos and Acrylics, and one is dedicated solely for manufacturing wide range of paints. 

Ever since the establishment of Company’s own resins manufacturing units and resin being the heart of any paint, Marigold Paints has been able to achieve high standards of quality and performance in manufacturing wide range of products. Our paints are produced at our ultramodern facilities on state-of-the-art production lines under the supervision of qualified operators. It is equipped with five reactors and can produce 300 tons of Resin per month. We are also introducing new working practices which seek to reduce any environmental impacts caused by our activities.

All our employees are trained in environmental awareness along with the company's aim to reduce, reuse and recycle, where possible Marigold has all required facilities to cater to the right quality and quantity material at right time and at the right place. Along with manufacturing facility it is fully equipped with in house Research & Development facilities.

Research and Development

With the help of extensive laboratory facility Marigold is continuously engaged in research and development. The R&D Deptt. from time to time develops new products to satisfy the growing needs of the market and the industries. Our Company remains in constant touch with emerging technologies and innovations in the field. Our R&D team is always striving to offer tailor made products to our customers as per their requirements.

It is always there to offer its technical support to them on and off the site. The main focus is to develop new products and applications with innovative raw materials to counter the price hikes while keeping in mind environmental issues.

Quality Control

At Marigold we maintain a well equipped laboratory to carryout stringent quality control tests on raw materials, intermediates and finished products. We use various testing methods such as salt spray instrument; sophisticated instruments like Weather-O-Meter (from Q-Panel of USA) and Computerized Colour Matching System are installed to create a comprehensive and updated infrastructure. The latest testing methods including the Outdoor Weathering Test have been adopted by our Company; we also use Sheens’ Storma Viscometer, Gel Strength Tester for viscosity testing.

Our QC department ensures that all the raw materials being used, each product being catered to the market must comply with the prefixed quality standard. For the job the department is fully equipped with required testing facilities and man power. We also get our products tested at outside agencies like National Test House. The necessary up gradation of facility and trained man power is the key behind our successful wide spread customer base throughout the country.
